A broker’s first responsibility is to the customer, and this commitment continues through to our advertising. Our research has shown that people don’t want to be “sold’ insurance, and decry “hard-sell” or scare tactics, preferring advertising that respects their intelligence and honours their ability to make up their own minds about what is best for them. 

We go to great lengths to present the kind of peace of mind that brokers offer their customers, in tone and imagery, as represented by our magenta blanket and our campaign core proposition to “Sleep Easy”. Time and time again, viewers tell us how much they appreciate the messages and style of our work.
