Glossary
Having difficulty distinguishing between terms such as CUSTODIAN AND MESSENGER?
Insurance Brokers Association of Canada has produced a Glossary of Insurance Terms to assist property and casualty insurance brokers with definitions of insurance terms like these. This book can be used for reference purposes and as an excellent study tool for licensing examinations and the CAIB program. It is currently the most comprehensive insurance dictionary available to property and casualty insurance brokers.

Introduction to Risk Management
The Introduction to Risk Management course is designed for brokers who need to have a basic understanding of what risk managers do, how they do it, and why risk management is important. It is ideal for brokers who deal in personal lines or small to medium sized commercial risks and wish to learn how to apply risk management principles to these risks.
